Tonja M. Ried, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, MSHRM, Lean Six Sigma Certified, is an executive HR leader with 20+ years of experience across diverse industries, labor relations, and workforce transformation. She founded TMR: Future of Work to help organizations turn HR into a growth engine.
Tonja’s approach emphasizes strategic HR solutions that drive growth, innovation, and cultural alignment. She partners with leadership teams to deliver measurable results in labor negotiations, talent acquisition, leadership coaching, and full HR function outsourcing.
